Polish manufacturer of corrugated paper products approached us with the desire to extend the time between re- greasing .
At the same time, it can lubricate the bearings in the steam paper feeding preheating cylinder to reduce the wear of the bearings.
After communication with our lubrication consultant team, the customer is now using GPL 227 PFPE grease. Now the customer is looking for a new high-temperature perfluoropolyether grease alternative to reduce costs. The customer needs a grease that can provide excellent lubricity, prevent rust and high-temperature corrosion, and has the same performance as GPL 227 PTFE grease. In addition, the lubricant needs to be compatible with the metal and plastic elastomers used in this equipment and not cause carbon residue accumulation.
